Martina Bacíková leads INEV and sets its long-term strategy. She orchestrates project development, oversees the course of the Economics Olympiad, and steers other INEV initiatives. She is also the organization’s main media contact.

Before establishing INEV, Martina worked as the chairwoman of Students for Liberty CZ. She is a co-founder of the start-up Dáme Zkoušku and worked as economic journalist and moderator in Roklen24 and Forum24. During her time with the financial group Roklem Fin, she gained experience as project manager in equity and forex trading. She enjoys reading and acquiring new skills and alternative attitudes.

Martina also loves spending time in nature and participating in athletics.
